exhibitors

OshiUplink 2027 is a VTuber-focused convention returning to Toronto on May 7 – 9, 2027, and we are now inviting exhibitors to join us for our 2027 event! This is your chance to be part of a VTuber fan experience that brings creators, communities, artists, vendors, and industry together under one roof.

NEW for 2027: AH, A Market of Culture (18+)

For 2027, we’re excited to introduce the Ah, A Market of Culture, a dedicated 18+ marketplace for vendors and artists offering adult-oriented merchandise and content.

The Market of Culture will be located in a separate, age-restricted room from our main Exhibition Hall and will operate under different hours of operation. Applicants interested in participating in the Market of Culture should review the Exhibitor Contract for full details regarding eligibility, content restrictions, operating hours, age verification, and other requirements.

Exhibitor Information

Our Exhibitor Contract outlines everything you need to know to participate, including booth categories, space allocation, payment timelines, operating guidelines, and important policies that help ensure a smooth and professional event.

Exhibitors, including industry, vendors, and artists, will find details on setup and teardown expectations, branding and signage rules, safety requirements, licensing considerations, and more. By signing on, you agree to uphold these standards and become part of OshiUplink’s marketplace.

Once the application period closes, all submissions will be reviewed. Applications will either be accepted or placed on our waiting list. Accepted applicants will receive a contract that includes a payment deadline. If the signed contract and payment are not received by that deadline, the space will be offered to the next applicant on the waiting list.

Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee acceptance into the OshiUplink Exhibition Hall or Market of Culture.

We strongly encourage all applicants to carefully read the Exhibitor Contract for complete details, requirements, and policies before submitting an application.

Thank you for your interest in being part of OshiUplink 2027! If you have any questions, our Exhibitor team is happy to help at [email protected].
